Running a Calm Drop-off Review

25 February 2026

Team in a focused meeting around a table

A drop-off review works when everyone knows which three funnel steps matter, who speaks when a step collapses, and what “watch another week” looks like versus “ship a fix.” Without that structure, conversion numbers amplify anxiety instead of focus.

We favour a ninety-minute session with a named facilitator, a scribe, and a single shared view. Only confirmed, repeatable stalls escalate to an engineering ticket. Speculative theories stay in the parking lot.

Close with a written brief: what moved, what stayed flat, and the one experiment worth running. That brief is more valuable than hours of debate over a flickering chart.
