Quotes and pricing

Guide prices on the pricing page are estimates. Binding fees appear only in a confirmed proposal. We do not process payments on this website.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to the people, tools, and documentation needed for the engagement, and to ensure you have authority to share product analytics data with us under your privacy obligations.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own deliverables produced specifically for you (such as event dictionaries and diagnosis briefs). We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, frameworks, and templates, and grant you a licence to use them within your organisation for the engagement’s purpose.

Confidentiality

Each party will treat non-public information shared during an engagement as confidential and use it only to perform the work, except where disclosure is required by law.

Liability

We provide professional services with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee particular business outcomes from conversion changes. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may benefit from mandatory local protections.
